A Historic Second Crown For The Philippines.

Katrina Llegado has officially carved her name into Philippine pageant history, ending a 13-year title drought by bringing home the country’s second Miss Supranational crown. Hailing from Taguig City, the 28-year-old finance graduate, entrepreneur, and Air Force reservist triumphed over 66 other candidates in Poland, giving the nation its first victory in the pageant since Mutya Datul’s iconic 2013 win.

Her journey to the top was a testament to grit and resilience. After finishing as 5th runner-up at Reina Hispanoamericana 2019 and 2nd runner-up at Miss Universe Philippines 2022, Llegado returned to the national stage in 2025 with renewed focus, earning the Miss Supranational Philippines title. Overcoming personal self-doubt, she brought a grounded, mature confidence to the stage in Nowy Sącz.

It was her poignant response in the final Q&A that truly set her apart. When asked about embracing her true self, Llegado declared that humans are “perfectly imperfect,” emphasizing her commitment to growth rather than impossible standards—a message that embodied the spirit of going “above and beyond.” By claiming the crown, Llegado not only solidified her status as a pageant powerhouse, but also reminded the world of the strength found in authenticity.
